Got to stay home today. About a year ago, we did a kitchen remodel and had granite blocks instead of sold granite installed as our counter tops. They have began to pop off for some reason, so the decorator company who put them in is having them repaired. Have been playing in my craft room while the contractor is working. I am working on Mia's Easter basket. Although there is not much a Nana can give a 7 month old, but fortunately Nana has an embroidery machine, so I am embroidering some cute spring outfits for this special girl.
Also for about the last 6 months Glen, my husband, has had some awful headaches and dizzy spells, he had a cat scan done today and they said he had a cyst or pollup from a chronic sinus infection. They sat up an appointment with a specialist. We go on April 13th for them to take a look at him. Bless his heart, he has been in such pain for a awhile. I am just glad that he finally has an answer, and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He is my best friend and confident and I can't imagine him not being a part of my world.
Today has been a good day for my diet. Although it was hard to be bored here at the house, I stayed on program and worked out. People may laugh, but I am working out to Sweatin to the Oldies. I love Richard Simmons, and if I am gonna work out, I wanna have fun and I love to dance. I think he was the original Julian, at least as a motivator. He inspires and I appreciate that.
Also found out that my precious Mia will be here on Friday. Lance and Lindsay will be staying with us again for a few days. I know they think they are bothering us, but I love spending time with both of them and getting quality time with Mia of course.
Well I am very sore and very tired tonight, so I am calling it a night. More moments in my life tomorrow
